About these guidelines

The Apperah name, the Apperah logo, and our related brand assets are trademarks of Apperah AS. These guidelines explain when you may use them without asking and when you need our written permission.

This page is about using the Apperah brand. If you want to report someone misusing your trademark — or ours — see our Copyright & Trademark policy.

What you can do without asking

You can make truthful, plain references to Apperah:

  • Saying you’re on Apperah, or that your product or venue works with Apperah (“Find us on Apperah”).
  • News reporting, commentary, research, and education about Apperah.

When you do, use “Apperah” as a plain word in normal text, and don’t make it the most prominent thing on the page.

What needs our written permission

Don’t, without permission from Apperah:

  • Use our name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation that doesn’t exist.
  • Use “Apperah” or a confusingly similar name or logo in your company name, product name, app name, domain, social-media handle, or app icon.
  • Alter the logo — don’t recolour, distort, animate, add to, or combine it with other marks.
  • Put the brand on merchandise, or use it in any misleading, disparaging, or unlawful way.

Logos and press

Media and partners may use Apperah’s current, unmodified logo to refer to Apperah, keeping its original colours and proportions and clear space around it. Please don’t recreate or redraw it. For logo files or a media kit, contact us.

Requesting permission

Email brand@apperah.com with what you’d like to do and where it will appear.

Reservation of rights

All rights in the Apperah brand are reserved. We may update these guidelines, and we may ask you to stop a use that doesn’t follow them. Use of the brand doesn’t give you any ownership of it or any goodwill it carries.
